CONGRATULATIONS - WELL DONE!!

I am so impressed with all the students in my class - every single student had his/her state report in on time.  My daughter was impressed too, saying, "Wow!  That is really impressive.  That didn't even happen in my AP classes."  What a great class - I love them all! Now I get to read all of the reports.  I wish I could just enjoy them and not have to grade them, because I know how much hard work each student put into the report.  They should be very proud of themselves!! 

We are crunching for CRT testing.  Trying to review and teach some of those hard to remember concepts in math, such as geometry, measurement, and probability. We are learning and reading about the Civil War this month in both language arts and social studies; vocabulary will include both geometry and civil war words; spelling is the same as always; science is review and then some activities in each class - water color with Mrs. Larsen; Boodoggle with me; and I'm not sure what Mrs. Taylor is doing.

The year is quickly coming to an end and we still have so much to do!  I have loved the humor the students in this class have had.  It has been tons of fun.  We have learned and grown a lot. Thanks to so many parents who have put in so much time to help both in and out of the classroom.  What a great year.
