President Report

Each student will be required to do a President Report on a U.S. President of their choice.  The research and completion of the report can be completed at school if time is used wisely.  There may be some instances where some work will need to be done at home.  I will require this report typed with five complete paragraphs and a cover page.  I will give the students two weeks to complete the project. Having laptops available in our classroom will be very beneficial to them.  I will guide them through it with simple easy steps using notecards.  I will also give them instructions to format the report they type - it will probably only be one double-spaced page.  The following image is a sample of the information I gave to each student.  You can enlarge it so you can see it better by clicking on the image.  This is a good practice for them to get ready for the state report that will be completed later.  If you have any questions about this project, please let me know.  A wonderful web site to get information is Pioneer Library (Utah's Online Library).
